The Champaign-Urbana Design Organization (CUDO) invited 10 area artists and designers to make art out of Post-It notes.

Every one came up with a completely different visual and thematic approach, although several of them were in the vein of pop art. Ralph Roether did a self-portrait.

Judiee Lee paid homage to her favorite Chambana places and events.

Kristy Lau put together an encyclopedia of dog breeds.

Some of the works need to be seen from a distance to be appreciated.

On the other hand, some works pack in so much detail they’ll have you standing inches away from the wall to take it all in.

The exhibition will be on view at Analog until the closing reception on Aug. 17, when the artists will decide what to do with the works afterwards.
